With nearly half of the world’s population depending on rice as a staple food—and demand projected to rise 50% by 2030—we continue to serve the growing needs of a hungry world. In some regions of Asia, individuals consume up to 40–60kg per year, showcasing the deep-rooted cultural and nutritional value of rice.
